Server logs. On every request the server records the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse — for example by automatically blocking security scans. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.
Account data. If you sign in, we process the details you gave when the account was created, plus one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. Without it the application cannot be used. Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you.
What you send us. If you write to us through a form or by email, we keep the message and your contact details for as long as we need them to reply and to be able to evidence the correspondence.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiling and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes. The data is stored on servers inside the European Union.
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Write to contact@expertcdn.com and we will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
If we change anything material, we update the date above. We encourage you to check back from time to time.
